"In 1999, 76-year-old Georgia had plans to spend the Fourth of July with her family at her lakeside cabin over in Wisconsin. "Skeletal Remains were found on May 20th, 1989 in the median of Hwy. 61 south of Kellogg in Wabasha County, MN. The victim had been deceased for at least one year prior to discovery. The body is of a white female in her 20's, 5'1" - 5'5" tall and she may have walked with a limp."
