| On Thursday, January 26, 2012, at approximately 11 a.m., a bank robbery occurred at North Star Bank which is located at 1820 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota. The robber, who was described as a white female, entered the bank and approached the teller counter. She handed the victim teller a note demanding cash. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the robber fled from the bank.
The robber was described as a white female, approximately 5’4” in height, with a thin build. She was wearing a three-quarter length coat, blue jeans, a dark “hoodie” sweatshirt over a dark cap with a brim, and dark fabric gloves. She was also described as having pale skin and a “facial bandage” which covered approximately 50 percent of her face.

| On Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at approximately 10 a.m., a bank robbery occurred at a Wells Fargo Bank branch located at 1220 W. County Road E, in Arden Hills, Minnesota. The robber entered the bank and approached the teller counter with a note demanding cash. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the robber fled from the bank.
The robber is believed to be William R. St. John (pictured) described as a Native American male who stood approximately 5’7” in height with a medium build. He wore a large black coat and sunglasses. He is a native of South Dakota with friends in Fargo ND.

| On Monday, January 2, 2012, at approximately 8:45 a.m., a bank robbery occurred at a U.S. Bank branch, located at 9633 Lyndale Avenue in Bloomington, Minnesota. The robber, believed to be William R. St. John, 43, entered the bank and approached the teller counter. After he was inside of the bank, he passed a note to the victim teller, demanding cash. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the robber fled from the bank on foot.
The robber St. John (pictured) is described as a white male, approximately 6’0” in height and is 43 years of age. He weighed approximately 220 lbs. He also wore a black leather jacket, a black t-shirt, and blue jeans. Is a native of South Dakota and has friends in the Frgo ND area.
The robber may also be responsible for a bank robbery which occurred in Fargo, North Dakota on December 31, 2011 at the Bank of the West. (see case and photo below)

| On Saturday, December 31, 2011, at approximately 10:10 a.m., a bank robbery occurred at the Bank of the West, which is located at 3203 32nd Avenue South, Fargo, North Dakota. The robber entered the bank and approached the teller counter. After he was inside of the bank, he passed a note to the victim teller, demanding cash. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the robber fled from the bank on foot.
The robber (pictured) is believed to be William R. St. John a native of Saouth Dakota with friends in Fargo ND. He is described as a5` 10" tall, age 43 and wore a black leather jacket and a black t-shirt. The robber also wore a diamond earring in his left ear. Additionally, the St. John may be traveling in a gold, Chevrolet Malibu with South Dakota license plates.

The robber (pictured) was described as a white male, tan or ruddy complexion, approximately 6 feet tall, small mustache, approximately 40 years old. The robber wore a grey stocking cap and glasses. The robber also wore a grey sweat shirt but discarded the shirt after the robbery. Following the robbery, the suspect is believed to have changed into a blue polo shirt.

The robber, who was described as a white male, entered the bank and approached the teller counter with a handgun. The robber demanded and received cash from the victim teller. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the robber fled from the bank.
The robber (pictured) was described as a white male who stood approximately 5’5” to 5’8” in height, with dark eyes. He wore a black ski mask, a black cotton jacket and brandished a handgun during the robbery. The FBI believes this robbery was committed by the “Man in Black” serial robber who has committed several robberies in the Twin Cities Metropolitan area.
As reward of $25,000 - separate from that of Crime Stoppers of Minnesota - is being offered by the Minnesota Bankers Association for information that leads to an arrest.
